Escape to our private treehouse nestled in nature. Our charming retreat offers a relaxing living space to make you feel at ease while keeping you close to restaurants & entertainment. Sit underneath the two enormous Japanese maples that extend over the side of the around porch. Regardless of where you look, you will be immersed in the beauty of the country. Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

An experience like no other. Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Mustangs and Indycars are using the track throughout the year and there are activities going on 300 days out of the year. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Fully furnished 2 bdrms, 2 bath condo with Full Kitchen and Wet bar, Washer/Dryer, 5 TVs, Cedar ceilings, exposed Steel beams, Brick walls and pine floors. Guests ages 30 and above are only allowed to book this listing. Children are OK as long as accompanied by an adult 30 or over.

Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Petite Maison is a three bed, two bath cottage in a safe residential neighborhood on the outskirt of old concord. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries.
