Take in the morning sunrise on the 400 square foot deck with mountain views or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings as you bbq and warm up by the propane fire pit. This space is great for a quiet couples get away, and small group or family gathering as it accommodates up to 6 people with 2 separate sleeping spaces and a sleeper sofa on the main level. **Fireplace unavailable for use.

We are ideally situated just a short walk from downtown, in the charming and historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with queen-size pillow-top beds and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a relaxing hammock, a gas grill, and optional hot tub access available for $50 per stay. This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road.
