Situada en una tranquila zona residencial de Vallirana, en el Penedés, cuenta con la ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza en su estado más auténtico, realizar rutas senderistas, practicar ciclismo de montaña o acampar al aire libre. En tan sólo 30 minutos puedes llegar a las playas de Sitges, a Barcelona o al aeropuerto del Prat-Barcelona.

You will love my place because of its the people, the outside areas, the neighborhood, the atmosphere and the light. My accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). The apartment is on the ground floor in a very exclusive residential district of Sitges, with a big swimming pool and a kiddie pool. From the apartment, you just need to go down the stairs to reach the beach of the Aiguadolç marina. There is a restaurant on the beach

Very beautiful duplex city center 50m of the sea

Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. Independent toilets. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. Refurbishment planned for the end of 2025.
