Gosling Lodge is situated within the grounds of a 16th Century working arable farm. Overlooking an attractive pond packed full of wildlife, Gosling Lodge is the perfect place to relax and take in the rural surroundings of Durham's countryside. Comfortable living area with gas central heating, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, power shower in bathroom. A large decked area with table and chairs, wrapped in glass. The Stables a brand new spacious 2 bedroom barn conversion finished to a high standard. Situated at Todd's House Farm on the outskirts of the historic small town of Sedgefield. Situated on a quite lane, the Stables is within walking distance of Sedgefield which has plenty to offer with its pubs, cafes, gift shops and the picturesque Hardwick Park. It is very accessible from both the A1 and A19 with easy access to Durham, the Yorkshire Moors and Dales, Northumberland and the surrounding areas.

This is a spacious and cosy holiday home for up to 6 guests with Visit England Gold Awards for 2022-2023, 2023 - 2024 and 2024- 2025! On the first floor there is a superking bedroom with private shower and wc. On the ground floor there is a kingsize bedroom and also a twin bedroom. Here there is a downstairs family bathroom with a wc, shower and bathtub and a third additional downstairs toilet. The house is situated on a quiet street on the south side of the River Tees in Barnard Castle.

In the heart of the North of England you will find our accommodation set within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The rooms we offer have been designed with the explorer in mind, to use a base to explore the local surrounding area, the Lake District, Northumberland and Durham. We have had guests walking the Isaacs Tea Trail as well as cyclists doing the C2C. After a long day exploring the local area return to refresh yourself in our spacious bathroom complete with underfloor heating.
