A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

NATURA e RELAX AI PIEDI DEL CERVINO

Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

A 10 minuti d’auto da Courmayeur, la ristrutturazione conservativa di questa “Antica Baita” dona uno spazio unico ed esclusivo. Baita indipendente su tre lati in borgo soleggiato. Alloggio su due piani. Parcheggio di fronte a casa, comodo e gratuito. Piano Terra: ingresso, camera matrimoniale con stufa a legna e bagno. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.
