Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer du bon temps: piscine chauffée, jacuzzi extérieur, grande terrasse couverte, terrain de pétanque et de volley-ball, balançoire. Idéal pour se reposer et découvrir le Périgord à toute saison.

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Cool off in the saltwater pool, relax in a hammock, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

Gîte de charme en Dordogne

Mon Petit Domaine : une ambiance familiale et conviviale dans un lieu d'exception. Vous êtes aux premières loges pour observer la faune : chevreuils, cerfs, lièvres ... Piscine de 6 x 12 partagée avec un second gîte du domaine. De nombreux aménagements et activités possibles : terrain de badminton, terrain de pétanque, pêche, balançoire, bac à sable, soin aux animaux, potager ... Fin août : le brame du cerf sous votre fenêtre ! En hiver : recherche de truffes en compagnie de notre chien.

Située à proximité de notre maison, elle ne comporte toutefois aucun vis-à-vis et est tournée vers le bois et le jardin. Elle possède des toilettes sèches à séparateur et avec vue panoramique, une douche extérieure, une terrasse couverte, une chambre équipée d'un lit double (140*190), d'un cabinet de toilette, d'un coin aménagé pour les petits déjeuners. Installée sous les arbres, elle bénéficie d'un rafraichissement naturel lors des fortes chaleurs. L'eau chaude est en quantité limitée .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in lovely Couze et Saint Front. A charming village close to all visitor attractions, with all amenities available within the village or further afield as you choose. The Couze, a river that crosses the commune, had thirteen paper mills in operation in the 15th century, troglodyte houses clinging to the cliff, and today, the prestigious site of La Roussique, the paper ecomuseum, will reveal all the charm of the valley to you.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
