This quiet, family friendly neighborhood exudes the warm welcome and security of a small town and filled with the enchanting beauty of nature and historical architecture. The location is most ideal as it is just a short 10min walk from enjoying the nature trails of canyon park, and the wonderful dining, cafes, and bars of Old Town Monrovia. This is a perfect getaway for one or two couples.

Cozy cottage located on fernwood pacific drive in the Santa Monica/malibu hills. THIS HOME IS NOT INTENDED FOR PARTIES. It’s located 1 mile from the restaurants, market and coffee shops. This cottage offers endless relaxation. 10 minutes to the beach. Upon request we offer, for an additional fee. Gourmet food service,massages, cupping, acupuncture, body scrubs, lymphatic massage infrared sauna, paddle boarding and surf lessons , cooking demonstrations, yoga classes Soundbaths in the yurt.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Welcome to "The Captains Cottage" in the charming Alamitos Beach neighborhood. This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.
