Come visit Pine Point! This beach house is steps away from the ocean for swimming, marsh for kayaking, and many seasonal restaurants. It is an ideal vacation location; set up well for multiple families with a separate "kid zone" complete with beds, tv and games. Dogs will also want to tag along to enjoy the fenced in yard and morning beach walks. Short trolley to Old Orchard Beach and a 20 minute drive to Portland’s airport, restaurants, and breweries. Fully stocked kitchen & outdoor shower.

This spacious, charming cottage features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has two bunk beds, for a total of 6 people maximum. The open kitchen, dining, living room area has cathedral ceilings. The bathroom offers his & her sinks, shower and whirlpool tub. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. (6.6 miles) Our classic New England Cape home is the perfect place to meet family and cook and eat around the counter in our amateur chef’s kitchen. Crack some fresh Lobster from Shaws on Rt One they are happy to cook them for you.

Please note: We have a 3 Night Minimum for Holiday weekends. This charming and well appointed home is more than meets the eye. Master suite, fireplace, first floor bedroom and bath, deck, hot tub, there is nothing else you need. All walking distance to Back Cove and 2 miles to Portland's Old Port. Our space is ideally suited for 2-4 adults. Quiet gatherings best suit our home and neighborhood. We will consider renting to 6 (case by case), however there is an additional charge .

Take advantage of the essentials stocked kitchen or grill outside on your private, fenced in patio. Heat and AC are included. Pets are welcome.
