Situated within the Appalachian foothills of the historic Blackbelt region, southern Cahaba River valley, this property is excellent for private family getaways, ecotourism; guests will be surrounded by walnut, prune and pecan trees. Property is excellent for mountain biking, paddling, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, hiking, guests will have access to the Cahaba River, that consists of 1,900 feet within the estate's property line; maps will be provided to guests, detailing roads, and trails.

Welcome to the river life! Located just off the Alabama River in Miller's Ferry AL, this home offers modern living with multiple outdoor amenities. You can enjoy fishing, hunting, shopping downtown or just relaxing by the fire.  It's a one BR, one bath new home. Sofa and loveseat have four recliners as well. We have everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway or a week long stay. There are two state parks within a mile and the new Miller's Ferry Marina set to open soon!
