Located in the lively and walkable Knox- Henderson neighborhood, this renovated home built in 1927 has some original charm with updated conveniences. Start your day off with a coffee in our perfect screened-in porch that overlooks our unique zen garden and backyard oasis. Cook in our modern and updated kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, gas stove and beautiful Quartz countertops. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch that converts to a double bed, 42" Smart TV with cable, extra seating, and books and games for entertainment. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom on a luxurious queen memory foam bed, with 32" Smart TV, large closet, side lamps with USB ports and access to the backyard. The smaller, second bedroom includes a day bed with trundle - great for kids!- as well as a desk with comfortable chair to use as a workspace. The gorgeous bathroom includes a large soaking tub with moveable shower handle, plush towels and bathrobes and hair dryer! Guests have full use of the home and it's amenities. Text or Call hosts at anyt The house is set two blocks from Henderson Avenue and Lower Greenville, which boast some of Dallas' hottest bars and restaurant. Take a stroll to Velvet Taco for Mexican fare, then head to Candleroom to dance the night away. Uber & Lyft are the most convenient way to get around town without your own transportation. There are LIME BIKES parked all over the city that you can rent via app for $1/hour. There are also 3 DART stops within 5 minutes walk- all off Henderson- that will take you into downtown or can link you to a rail station nearby to get to your destination. There is a keypad entry on the front door so no need to keep track of a set of keys. The home has an alarm system for additional piece of mind and if you're comfortable using it, we can supply a personal code to use during your stay. Also, Monday is our trash and recycle day. Someone will come by (outside only) to take to curb early that morning.

Charming 'M Streets' Guest Cottage

The Cottage was built in 1937 and is located behind the original home, adjacent to the garage. The renovation to the space was just completed in July, 2014. The space is very cozy and offers a full kitchen, bath, living area that can also offer additional sleeping with two twin beds. The new renovation also includes a sleeping loft with a queen size bed.You will find plenty of storage in a beautiful vintage wardrobe. The space has wireless internet access. The coffee shop/diner two blocks away also has free wifi. If you need to do any laundry, we suggest nearby bundle laundry service or laundrymats. We will launder sheets and towels once a week. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Outside you will find your own private seating area with separate access from the main structure. Our property is located in the heart of the 'M' Streets off of Lower Greenville. The area was established in the 1920's and is full of restaurants, bars, shopping and live music. The property is very centrally located with easy access to downtown, the arts district, White Rock Lake, The Arboretum and much more! If you would like to utilize public transportation, you can hop on a bus at the end of the block, and the rail station is just 5 minutes away. This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

My stylish studio is located in the heart of Lakewood, a neighborhood that is walking distance from White Rock Lake, a short drive to the Arboretum, and 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas. Enjoy birdsong in the morning and the hooting of owls at night in this peaceful neighborhood. You may even meet an armadillo roaming through the yard. Read a book over your favorite drink, go for a walk down the street, or just relax in this peaceful abode. NOTE! All of the blinds close fully, for privacy.

Tiny house living and vacationing is such a unique experience! There is a smart tv, high speed WiFi, a kitchenette, a desk, and a bathroom all in this small space. The private deck to enjoy space outside is even bigger. Come in through a private entrance to your own little sanctuary for a few days. The main house is a separate Airbnb. You may see guests in the backyard, front yard, or driveway, but the two listings do not overlap or have any shared space except walking up the driveway.

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard.
