Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Snygg och nyrenoverad lägenhet för en eller två personer mitt i centrala Solna. Huset som består av tre lägenheter är byggt 1929 och ligger i en fin trädgård med mycket blommor under vår och sommar. Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena.
