A renovated 1890's two-story home overlooking the Mississippi. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms: one with 2 full size beds, the other a queen size bed. Additionally, the living room has a sleeper sofa, so easily sleeps 8. The kitchen offers everything for cooking a family meal and the dining room has a large table. Enjoy the charming vintage bathroom while taking a soak in the claw foot tub. Whether you stay a weekend or more the laundry room has a wash sink, washer and dryer for you to use.

This modern cabin is situated next to the 2200 acre Princeton Wildlife Management Area, and the nearby Mississippi River. This cabin could be your base of operations while you're in the area. Sit back and relax on the large deck while enjoying the local wildlife, flora, & fauna of the Mississippi Valley Region. The cabin is remote enough to view the stars at night.

Accommodations include, a king bed in master, a queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa. Located across the river from LeClaire, Iowa and steps away from the Mississippi River Bicycle Trail. When your multi-family/friends get-away is larger than six, River's Edge II is right next door! River's Edge and River's Edge II are a perfect two home vacation combo!

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
