"Completely" renovated mobile home in the heart of Mount Juliet. This darling home sits on 14 park like acres with nothing but beauty. I have wild turkey, deer, horses & the famous farm cats! I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, restaurants on the water with food, live music. There is plenty of other dining and shops within minutes. “I also have a storm shelter in the barn which is important in bad storms!

You'll have full privacy in your own space with your own entrance, bedroom, open living area/ Ikea kitchen, with everything you need including microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There's a cozy electric fireplace, heated floors, and is a short walk (or drive) to local restaurants, shops and entertainment!

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.
