The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets.
