The home sits conveniently close to the waters edge on a flat lot making walking to and from the dock quick and easy. The dock is a spacious two story dock with an open slip and deep water access. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

We live on the main floor but made sure to fully sound proof and insulate the cottage's ceiling, in addition to creating a separate entrance and patio, providing privacy and comfort. Only 5 minutes to Stone Mountain Village and Stone Mountain Park, 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Atlanta, this location is both tranquil and convenient. A bientôt! :-)

A mansion next door to the villa was used for different scenes of the Ozark TV series. Front and back sliding doors yield amazing see-through lake views. Plus, parking galore!
