This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. The Family "Ponderosa"

Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. Our guest can be sure to experience an amazing time at our Family "Ponderosa".

Enjoy this modernized RV with all the comforts of home. RV is in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!

Nature Lover's Cabin on over 60 acres

The one bedroom cabin is set back from the road on a winding driveway. An arduous 2 year gut renovation of the cabin was completed in 2024 and there are walking trails around the entire 66 acre forest to a hilltop, pond, small pine forest and other interesting sites. Pawling is a short drive away and has a great farmer's market every Saturday and interesting stores. I'm happy to walk the mile loop in the forest with you on the weekends.

Catskill Cube Stargazer’s Paradise

If you are looking for an experience that combines comfort and modern amenities, closeness to nature, and ecological soundness, then look no further. Our modern cube-house is situated in a private meadow on our property and includes a kitchen area, queen-size bed, outdoor hot shower rooftop deck for stargazing, and private composting outhouse house. Cell phone phone service is available through Verizon and AT&T. T-Mobile is hit-or-miss.

Vintage Artist’s Airstream

Enjoy nature’s serenity in this Classic Airstream powered by Alex Boller Studio. Conveniently located between the hamlets of Eldred and Barryville, this stream side escape offers the perfect retreat, while being less than 5 minutes from civilization. Alex Boller Studio is an active art studio for New York based artist, Alex Boller. The property features 10 acres of land comprised of a perimeter trail, gardens, and a mountain spring.

Come and enjoy this 2023 38 foot Keystone Springdale RV surrounded by horse pastures on 26 acres. Enjoy an up close view of horses grazing in the pastures from anywhere in the RV as there are large windows and a sliding glass door. You will also meet our farm dog, horses and goats. We are just minutes to Hershey Park, Zoo America, Hershey Gardens, and the Giant Center. It’s a fabulous place for your next getaway!
