Our home is situated on 3 1/2 acres with a natural landscape. Two story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We are on a dirt road with very little traffic, very quiet.Visit us for a romantic getaway or a family reunion, with adventures close at hand. We are 10 miles from Boulder where culture, food & entertainment abounds. We are 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Gold Hill is a historic town because it is the 1st place gold was discovered in CO. We invite you to come visit and enjoy Colorado.

My place is a unique 1892 Victorian house located in the exciting South Broadway neighborhood without the noise of downtown. You can walk to many restaurants, theaters, galleries, shops and bars. If you wish to travel to another location in Denver, public transportation is across the street (buses) or within walking distance (light rail). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Enjoy our 2 Goldendoodles, Jack and Wilson.

We have 4 rooms to choose from. Two are King Size, one has queen bed and one has two double beds. All are spacious and have comfortable beds with cozy duvets. All rooms accommodate two persons each. Like many mountain properties we are on a septic system, and the number of bathrooms are limited. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Please use your individual caddies provided for your personal bathroom items.
