This property is truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. When you arrive, the massive rimrock wall will greet you; it is home to abundant wildlife (owls, deer, coyotes oh my). Shrouded by silence, the trill of frogs will put you to sleep. Mornings start with sunrise over the Ochoccos and full views of the valley and the crooked river at its base. Take a hike at Smith Rock, visit the Painted Hills or find yourself headed to town (Bend: 45 min, Prineville: 10 min, Redmond: 25 min).

Our custom-made studio is nestled in the woods with a country feel yet close to everything Bend has to offer. Outside,we have two large decks overlooking the wildlife with beautiful mountain views. Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

Spacious 3 room suite-living makes longer stays comfy! No shared interior spaces. Our extensive gardens, gazebos, grills, firepits are shared and open for guest use!

Come relax in our one bedroom completely private downstairs unit with separate entrance. Enjoy the fresh air and quiet tree-lined streets of one of Bend’s older neighborhoods. We are walking distance to Brookswood Plaza and just a quick 5 minute drive to the Old Mill District, the Deschutes River and less than 10 minutes into Downtown Bend. Fully stocked kitchenette (no oven or freezer). Fold out futon style couch for additional guests. On-site driveway parking and additional street parking.

Prime location for all the outdoor adventures Bend offers, just off Century Dr. which is the road to Mt. Bachelor, Tumalo Mtn, Elk Lake, and hikes galore! We're also 10 mins away from downtown + a short hike to the Deschutes River.

Cozy, soft decor fill this light, bright studio with a private entrance. Shevlin Park and Phil's Trail are minutes away for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Just over 2 miles from downtown. This is a private room attached to our house with a separate entrance. The room has a double bed, full private bathroom, closet space, a kitchenette, and seasonal access to the outside deck and hammock. Includes heating and cooling controls, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, and utensils. Coffee, tea, snacks, ice provided. Great for late night arrivals or early departures! The space is quaint- room & bathroom- 185 sq. ft. total

Pepper’s Place

Studio apt. No shared walls. 7-min drive from the Village at Sunriver on S Century, 20 mins to Bend. Close to the Deschutes river. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts and bikes (2 adult and 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. 25-mins to skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Private marina access in Oregon Water Wonderland. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced, hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, putt putt, disc golf, movie theatre/golf sim (game room) upon req.
