Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Brook Cottage Farm Stay

Visit our re-loved shearer’s cottage, part of the landscape and history of “Brook Lodge”. We are a working grazing property on Tasmania’s beautiful east coast - in the heart of the east coast wine trail and only a short drive to amazing beaches, great food and our famous national parks. Please advise the number of beds required on booking. We have an onsite Equestrian Centre for guests to bring their own horses along for their stay, and offer horse meet & greets for cottage guests.

The Retreat is an establish property and is absolute beachfront with private access to Nine Mile Beach. You will be perfectly placed for day trips to Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay, Maria Island, Bicheno and Bay of Fires. Come and explore the whole of The East Coast of Tasmania from Swansea / Dolphin Sands the central hub of the East Coast. Cabin THREE on Gordon, Swansea

Cabin Three is the furthest cabin from the gate entrance on the left-hand side. The driveway is shared, situated on half a hectare of open rural land. A quiet, peaceful area in Swansea. All cabins are 10m long x 3m wide, to be exact. Walk, ride, drive - lots to see and lots to do on the beautiful East Coast of Tassie! Blessed with some of the coast’s longest and prettiest beaches, Swansea is truly amazing.
