Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Appartamento in posizione da sogno per un soggiorno romantico. Situato all'ultimo piano, questo bilocale regala una vista mozzafiato sulla valle. La jacuzzi di coppia, posizionata davanti alla vetrata panoramica, è ideale per ammirare il cielo stellato di notte o per farvi sorprendere dalle sfumature blu del cielo, ad ogni ora del giorno, mentre il balcone privato è semplicemente perfetto per un'aperitivo al tramonto. L'appartamento ristrutturato di recente conserva tutta l'atmosfera del passato. E' in una posizione tranquilla, offre la massima privacy. Ha un grande parcheggio privato e un bellissimo giardino con un platano plurisecolare. Si può raggiungere il centro del paese, i vari ristoranti, bar e la spiaggia, a piedi in 15 minuti.
