Beautiful second story apparent in a small commercial building tucked into the North Lawrence neighborhood, just a stones throw from downtown Lawrence and the Kansas River. Trail access for cycling, walking or running are right out the back door along the Kansas River Levee and the Lawrence River Trail, a ~10 mile single track trail along the wooded north shore of the river.

The Lawrence Airport House is pleasantly rural, but located just 2.7 miles from downtown Lawrence and 5 miles from Allen Fieldhouse, all on paved roads. Large beautiful yard with mature trees and privacy. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The hallway bathroom includes a laundry area and is built as a storm shelter. One garage stall is available for guests.
