Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Located on 5 acres along the Southern Scenic Route & just a few minutes walk to pristine Ocean View beach, Ocean View Apartment is a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin, or 20 mins from Dunedin International Airport. Offering clean, comfortable and modern decor in the office end of what was formerly the Ocean View School, you will enjoy your own separate and private space, which sleeps up to 6 people. Things are always rosy at this cosy Roslyn retreat! You'll be tickled pink when you arrive at this super stylish abode so close to Roslyn village and the fabulous amenities on offer. Our townhome is the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. A five minute almost flat walk to Roslyn village and very short drive down the hill to the city, hospitals, university, golf course and beyond. Oh, and it has all just been beautifully renovated. Things really are rosy in Roslyn!

Absolute calm and tranquility but only a short drive from Dunedin central (15 minutes) and 10 minutes from St Clair beach and its popular cafes and bars. Stunning walking tracks on your doorstep. Sandfly Bay a mere 5 minutes drive away, Boulder Beach a short walk away on the Paradise walking track, which starts at the end of the drive. Cosy, warm and unique. Ample off street parking.

Beachaven Historic Pilot House

Beachaven is an Idyllic summer retreat just meters from the beach. This historic 1913 bungalow is secluded, relaxing and peaceful. The back gate faces the Otago/Otepoti shipping channel with a marine reserve salt marsh. Aramoana Spit is abundant with wildlife, penguins, native birds and sea lions and here is a mole for long walks. In the lounge there is an open fire and plenty of firewood to keep you warm, with wi-fi and CD's for night time entertainment.

Waitati Earth Cabin

This stylish and unique cabin is peaceful, creative, cosy and situated on the banks of the Waitati river. The sound of the dawn bird chorus awake you and RuRu the native owl sends you to sleep at night. Trails through the forest alongside the river with seats to pause and reflect are highlights of this property. The cabin has loft beds, which require climbing a ladder to access. Standing is not possible in the bedroom attic.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. A beautiful modern house on the top of the hill with spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean. In a rural setting it is the perfect spot for a relaxing time away. Open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Large sliding doors open up the house when the weather is good. 25 mins from Dunedin on the Scenic route. Surfing and swimming beaches close by. Pets by negotiation.
