Our welcoming 3 bedroom lodge has everything you need for your San Luis Valley trip. The lodge comes with heating, AC, washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, and a private yard. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several local restaurants, national parks (The Great Sand Dunes) and skiing (Wolf Creek). There are a considerable amount of outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, mountain biking and ATV trails. Our central location is an ideal base to explore the San Luis Valley.

Take some time to relax and unwind at the Bear Cave nestled in the San Juan Mountains. This location provides the perfect home base for all of your outdoor adventures whether skiing, kayaking, or hiking it is all within reach. When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.

It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.
