Our house is your house. Welcome to Durham! The house is near Southpoint mall, grocery stores, I40, 8 mins to RTP, ~13 mins to the airport, 17 mins to UNC hospitals, and 18 mins to Duke University. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a playroom, a living room, front room, dining room, kitchen, sun room and a fenced yard. There are two small dog doors that lead into the fenced in back yard. Plus you have access to a neighborhood pool & playground. Beds for 7 + queen air mattress for 2= sleeps 9
