My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and 2nd bath has a standing rain shower with sprawling marble sink. House has towels, beach chairs and bikes.

Cottage in Fairhaven, perfect for a vacation for a small family, a romantic getaway or a home away from home if you are in the area for business. Enjoy all a vacation has to offer. During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

Walk down our street one way and watch the beautiful sunset over the bay while looking at Fort Adams & Kings Park. In the opposite direction, our home is only steps away from Thames Street.
