Step Away; A Martha's Vineyard Retreat

Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

Enjoy dinner with the indoor/outdoor Sonos music system during a beautiful sunset! NOTE; Rate increase in high season, pool/spa is a combined unit & ONLY heated in summer!

The large bedrooms and open concept kitchen/dining/living area accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. A place for you to put your feet up, kick away your worries, and enjoy some rest and relaxation. There is so much to do and explore. The adventure is just starting so make sure to pack up your swimmers, suntan lotion and get out the door. Kick back and relax, you're home.

We ask and wish to respect one another and keep their /our noise volume low. Especially after 10:00pm and before 7 am. Please feel welcome to reach out if something needs to be addressed from our side. Please remove your shoes when inside the studio or wipe your feet from sand outside .
