Only 3 blocks to the PATH train to WTC (in 15 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes), which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, cafes, etc.

This is the perfect home away from home. It's updated with many modern amenities. It features a master bedroom with queen size bed. An adjoining room with stacked bunk beds. The backyard is very spacious and a perfect place for fresh air. There is parking in the driveway that accommodates compact-midsize cars comfortably.
