Weizicht - Landelijk huisje met zwembad en sauna

Geniet van deze volledig gerenoveerde stal met moderne ,maar ook nostalgische elementen. De ruimte ademt een fijne, rustige sfeer door zijn landelijke omgeving , maar ook het gevoel je eigen privéplekje te hebben. Fijn ( verlicht) terras waar je aan de picnictafel kunt eten en in de comfortabele stoelen je drankje kunt nemen met uitzicht op de geitenwei. Een zwembad met ligstoelen waar je ( vanzelfsprekend op eigen risico) mede gebruik van kunt maken. Finse Sauna: Op aanvraag voor 15euro.

Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung am Rande des Naturparks Schwalm-Nette. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Wald, zwischen den Seen Heidweiher, Borner See und Hariksee,lädt zu zahlreichen Wandertouren, Radtouren und Unternehmungen in die Region ein. Der Heidweiher ist als Natursee-Schwimmbad mit kleinem Strand, Gastronomie und Biergarten (bitte Ruhetage beachten) fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ook binnen geniet je van buiten, door grote glazen gevels heb je geweldig uitzicht. In de tuin vind je buitenmeubilair, BBQ, zwemvijver, vuurkorf, parasols, lounge schommel, hangmat, maar ook allerlei speelfaciliteiten voor de kids.

Daarnaast zijn er fantastische wandel, fietsen en mtb routes in de buurt. - Grote villa met veel woonruimte en privacy. - Geschikt voor een gezellig en aktief weekend met je vrienden groep, gezin of familie. - Zeer geschikt om je terug te trekken als bedrijf voor een teamsessie.

Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien: slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, slaap- en werkkamer met eenpersoonsbed, kastenkamer (incl. een matras), ruime zolder met wasmachine en sportgelegenheid, badkamer met douche en bad, ruime keuken en woonkamer en twee terrassen. Verder een eigen parkeerplaats. Openbare laadpaal tegenover het huis.

Attractive spacious living room with TV and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso, stove and all cooking utensils. Bathroom with luxury shower and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed. There is a beneficial sauna (for a small fee). Very suitable for vacation but certainly also for the business traveler. Deurne center on 20 minutes walk. NS station 3.2 km.

Though located in a quiet area, the lively city of Hasselt is not far off.
