The Cottage is 1,200 sq. ft. and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open and inviting floor plan is perfect for groups and entertaining. A large redwood deck leads to a spectacular, panoramic vineyard view that overlooks 15 acres of beautiful wine grapes and amazing sunsets. Dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis: $30/dog per night; $300 refundable dep.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
