2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Fun is all around this condo!! Ski Resorts, Beaches, Restaurants, Stateline, Heavenly Village are all close! Our Mt. Modern condo is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the lake. We take pride in our newly remodeled condo! Perfect for up to six people w/a king size bed in the master and two full size bunk beds in 2nd room. We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!
