Our home is remodeled, family/pet-friendly and a fantastic place to hang out in southern New Mexico. It is a 5-minute drive to Elephant Butte lake or the Sierra Del Rio golf course. Truth or Consequences is 10 minutes away to visit the famous hot springs, river tubing, eclectic shops, local brewery, bowling alley, and other activities. Our home has a chefs kitchen, WiFi, large patio, grill, and views of the NM sunsets. Park your toys in the gated backyard or driveway. Non-smoking home.

Beachfront handcrafted family-friendly Home sleeps 5 & with a little bit of a walk to the beach with an all-terrain wagon to carry your items, Outdoor Games, a fire pit w/wood, patio furniture, a large charcoal grill, picnic table for six, and a small handcrafted kiddy picnic table—complete Kitchen over 32 spices, air fryer rice & slow cooker Bake & Cookware and coffee pots. This stylish spacious place located in 5 min drive to Hot Springs district and in 10-15 min to Elephant Butte state park with its beaches. Dogs are welcome with notification of owner. There is a fenced yard. There are a few steps on the path from driveway to the porch, not compatible with wheelchair. There is a smart thermostat in the main hall regulating central cooling/heating, and there is an additional mini-split unit in the master bedroom and space heater in the master bath.

Enjoy the ease and convenience of this 3 bedroom 2 bath home located just minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. The fully fenced backyard includes a private and spacious patio with picturesque views of the mountains. After a day on the lake, enjoy grilling a sunset dinner and sipping on a cold drink in the outdoor kitchen. The large driveway area provides plenty of parking for all of your toys. A 30 amp RV hook up is available for an additional charge. No garage access.

Yellow Cottage on the Rio Grande River

Rejuvenate in the picturesque ambiance of our funky, cozy, little cottage on the river. From the back porch, you can enjoy the tranquil Rio Grande River and breathtaking views of the Turtle back mountain. Watch the abundant wildlife, wild birds, bats, fish, or seek peace. Elephant butte lake is 3 miles north. And 2 miles south is downtown TorC with 13 hot springs. NOTE: Like all rivers in New Mexico the rivers water flow runs low in the fall, winter & early spring.

Parkside Retreat - walk to hot springs & downtown

The Parkside Retreat is walking distance to all of Truth or Consequences favorite amenities. In the morning walk across the street to the large riverside park to get some exercise, do some bird watching, or visit the Farmer's Market. Next walk down the street to soak at Riverbend Hot Springs or any of the other hot spring resorts in town. In the afternoon walk downtown for some eclectic shopping opportunities and to grab a beer or craft cocktail at the brewery.

The Happy Place @ the Butte

The Happy Place @ Butte is the closest air bnb to the entrance to the state park and to the golf course. Plenty of room for parking a large boat, side by side and horse trailers. Enjoy the beautiful view of Turtleback Mountain from all areas of the home and incredible sunsets. The private view from the hot tub is spectacular. Hot tub available November thru March. Closed April thru October. Come enjoy our Happy Place.
