The Red Barn is actually not a renovated barn - sorry. It is a totally new contemporary structure that is based on the design style of a monitor barn - which aimed to maximize space and improve the living conditions for animals housed inside the barn, or in this case people. The architecture incorporates a raised center aisle with clerestory windows, allowing for excellent air circulation and natural light. Located at The Appleton Retreat, The Red Barn has a spectacular view of Appleton Ridge.

Camden lake/Pond forest house with private float

This 3000sq ft house has a private float and boat just a quick walk from house. Two decks from off the master bedroom ( both with views of mountain) with a king size bed and a meditation room that has a futon sleeper. A sleeping loft on third floor if needed. A bedroom on first floor with a queen. The huge finished basement has a partitioned queen bedroom, a complete gym and exercise area and sleeper sofa. So there is one king. Two queens and a fold out double, a futon and a couch.

Park Place provides an amazing place to call home when exploring Acadia National Park. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this first floor unit is a few blocks from the center of town. A 10 min walk from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and 15 min walk to sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar. Designated off street parking for two cars with self check in and 3 mini splits for individual heat and AC temp controls. Steps away from amazing Havana as well as many other restaurants.

Come visit our lovely organic orchard! These colorful, apartments above our cider building are listed as Cider House East & Cider House West. They're spacious with a large kitchen and bathroom. Rest, relax, hike our hill, and enjoy nearby state parks, lakes, ponds, the ocean or river & a string of lovely seaside towns with great cuisine and shopping. Please note: Red building is a permanent private residence.
