Comfortable queen bed, cozy sofa, 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Outdoor surf shower and a hammock to relax in. Close/walking distance to the ocean, park, and great local restaurants/bars.

We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please note: The fenced yard is for the downstairs condo. The upper unit has the wonderful view, beach supplies and outdoor shower just at the base of the stairs.
