Light, bright, clean and airy main living space with open concept kitchen, dining room, living room and flex space with a daybed that turns into twin trundles. There is immediate access through oversized patio doors to a private backyard with a table, BBQ and ample play space or spend some time catching rays The kitchen is a cooks dream and has a gas stove, oven, microwave, oversized sink with disposal, dishwasher, fridge and wine fridge. Beautiful quartz countertops and stylish backsplash set this kitchen apart. The living room, dining room and flex space have plenty of room for game nights or relaxing after a full morning at the beach. There is even an outdoor, surfboard shower so you can wash all the sand off outside! The first bedroom has a king size bed, spacious his and hers closets, and a gorgeous master ensuite bathroom with an extra large shower with a rain head and handheld as well as his and hers vanities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large spacious closet. There is a main bathroom for the unit with cool black and white tiles and a bathtub with shower perfect for relaxing in or bathing the kids. There is also a large storage room with in unit, free laundry (both washer and dryer).
