Our Cottage has been renovated from ground up and we are thrilled to present our "good life home". An experience of upscale casual elegance. Gorgeous Cottage in Perfect Location, Windsor - a truly beautiful place to be. Perfect for a staycation, relocators & families. Absolutely no parties or events, as I live close by guests will be asked to leave - we have to be very considerate of our neighbours. No loud sounds after 10pm. Walk to town in around 15minutes where you will be able to visit all of the shops and sights . Alternatively hop in the car and drive to Legoland in around 5 minutes or Ascot Racecourse in just over 10.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.

NO OVERNIGHT STAYS - THIS IS FOR DAYTIME USE ONLY. Occupancy 9am to 9pm on check in day only. These times can be altered to your preference within the 12 hour frame as long as we are told 24/48 hours beforehand. You will have full access to the hut all days you rent it but you are permitted to leave for the night. PSA: We do not provide towels due to quick turn arounds during the busy summer. Nor do we provide a speaker.
