What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Welcome to Seneca Lake! Our place is located 7 miles south of downtown Geneva, NY! Our waterfront cottage is on a secluded dead end, private road. There are literally steps between the back deck and the waterfront! We are in the heart of wine country- with access to over 40 wineries that call Seneca Lake home. Our location has all the best the Finger Lakes region has to offer- restaurants, vineyards, water fun, and the best views!
