Large family HOUSE. Sleeps 7. Close to sandy beach and beach access with stairs to the beach. New tile floors. Nice layout. Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed and daybed. 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing.

Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
