A proximité des transports (Bus, métro Kraainem) & de la place Dumont(restaurants, café, commerces, marché ...). 3 chambres, cuisine, 2 salles de bains avec douche ou baignoire, 2 wc, Salon TV, salle à manger donnant sur une grande terrasse (25 M2), pas de jardin. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Quartier calme.

You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.
