Stay cozy in a small top-floor studio. Then step onto a rooftop terrace with expansive views of Mount Lycabettus and the city. It's a fun and casual space with colorful artwork, vintage ads, rugs, and furnishings. Refresh in a roomy walk-in shower. A modern chic studio apartment with a cosy feel to it, located in the center of a trendy and urban neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens. Perfect for a couple, a small family or a group of friends, the Little House on the Rooftop is ready to accommodate all of your needs. It is fully equiped with new appliances and a new kitchen, unlimited wifi, a smart TV(32in), airconditioning, and a very spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. Quiet & cozy and fully equipped double bed apartment right next to Exarchia square. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers or 3-4 person family. Exarchia is the most lively and artistic neighborhood of Athens. The central square features many cafes and bars. Many bookstores, fair trade shops and organic food stores are also located in Exarcheia. The place is located 5’ walking distance from Omonia metro station. Also 5’ walking distance from the Archaeological Museum of Athens.

Located in the Exarchia area, very close to Acropolis, Syntagma, Thisio, Monastiraki, Plaka, the Archaeological Museum, the Temple of Zeus and the Motor Museum. Exarchia is one of the oldest, most fascinating neighborhoods in the heart of Athens, a place very friendly, vivid, full of cultural and youthful energy. The apartment is 40m2, very quiet, sunny, fully equipped with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The metro station and the closest museum are only 700 metres from home.

Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.

Dream Studio w h private balcony central Athens

A 5 min. walk from the Archeological Museum and 30 from Acropolis in one of the most artistic and interesting neighborhoods, this 25m2 flat with its private balcony and all the amenities of a contemporary flat, can be your dreamplace. Its garden makes one easily forget that my place is situated at the very center of a vibrant city, seeming more like like a hidden paradise. Not exactly a house, but rather a home for your stay. :)
