Scandinavian Designed Dutchess County Room

This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have 2 goldens , Louisa 8, Greta is 4. No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers or socks to wear inside my home. Highly recommend a car. Uber is expensive. Please check in prior to 9pm. Prefer 5 star guests and sorry no children.

Guest manual in the room. Walk to best Irish pub, stores,trail and park. Offer 1 bedroom beautifully decorated with a queen bed, cable TV, wifi on private guest floor with private bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bath. A separate guest lounge w/fridge and microwave. Includes continental breakfast.

What a rare treat to delight in a large and roomy space all to yourself in a quaint historical home. Be surrounded by five sunny windows that offer a panoramic view from so many different vantage points. The cozy nook with sofa bed, chairs, and desk with chair are perfect for sharing wine and cheese or to read a book. Slumber in the comfy queen sized bed and enjoy the bright bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and gentle rain shower that complete this guest room. This guest room is not pet friendly.

The Cozy Top Floor Room in Yale Neighborhood

Th house is in Yale neighbourhood. Spacious bedroom with shared bath in more than one hundred years old house with a big backyard and front yard off Prospect Street. Off-street Parking. Close to downtown New Haven and Yale campus. 10-25 minutes walk to Yale campus or downtown. 1-min walk to Yale free Shuttle Blue Line. This is a mix of American and Chinese culture family and have a sense of home feeling. Rentals are also available for long staying guests. Weekly and monthly prices are cheaper.

Private Upstairs Chef’s Suite at Griswold Cottage

This is a Private suite with private bath. My place is close to the Village Green, it’s shops, restaurants, Chocolatier and bookstore. It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. You want to take a Picnic lunch with you? talk to me... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, bicyclists or hiking enthusiasts, anyone who just loves history!

"The Parsonage" 1 or 2 Bdrm Suite with full bath

A completely renovated farmhouse ( formally a parsonage) built in 1890. Beautifully landscaped gardens and sitting areas located in the backyard. Backyard amenities include a patio, fire pit, hammock and picnic table. Check in through front door ( shared by owner) to stairs leading to second floor to guest quarters, which include a Master BR, living room/dry kitchenette with mini fridge and large full bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at an additional cost of $30.00 per guest,per night.

Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Enjoy this stylish and unique place. The suite by the lake is a cozy getaway on the scenic banks of the Croton watershed. About 1 hour from NYC, it's in the main house, an 1850 farmhouse & has a kitchenette , bath and a working space area. It has a private entrance by the pool. The pool has a big seating and lounging area with tranquil views of the lake. The comfortable bed is a queen size. Shared spaces are only the outdoor areas ex.pool, vegetable garden, Zen garden, parking area.

Mine Hill Getaway West Room

This property has two bedrooms on the 2nd floor which can be booked separately or together. The West Room is a sunny yellow, and also has two windows and a good view of the forest. The bathroom is en-suite. Guests may use the salt-water lap pool in the summer months and enjoy the garden. A light breakfast is offered. Note: There is no elevator. There is parking available on the driveway. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Hiking Hideaway on the Ridge

Come and enjoy a few days in the Hudson Valley. Located on 7 acres in Beacon, NY, our place is a short ride to Main Street and family-friendly activities including art galleries, restaurants, museums, hiking and sightseeing. The nightlife is lively especially on Second Saturday, and you are only little over an hour by train to NYC. You'll love the secluded ridge location, and your friendly host and hostess.
