Beautiful modern masterpiece down a quiet street with quick access to Woods Hole, Shining Sea Bikeway, and the Vineyard ferry. This architecturally significant house was designed by the renowned postmodern architect Charles Moore and built in 1969. An addition providing ample entertaining space - including a dining room, den, loft, and roof deck - was completed in 2021, along with top to bottom refinishing of all rooms. This house has mid-century charm in spades with all the modern conveniences.

Shopping, dining/entertainment, and the beach—without a car! Relax or grill on the private patio surrounded by fully fenced lawn and gardens. Only a little over a half mile down to the beach. A short distance to bike rentals and the Shining Sea Bikeway for jaunts along the coastline. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard! This charming 2 bedroom is less than a mile to Sea Street (Keyes) Beach on Nantucket Sound. Two blocks to Main Street with restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is very walkable. The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ.
