The Cottage is a stand alone home next door to Casa Blanca Inn and Suites. This two bedroom, two bath cottage offers the best of all worlds. One king and one queen bedroom each with its own bath. (The king room has a Jacuzzi tub.) The Cottage has a full kitchen with dining area, a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and a sun room with a twin size day bed. There is also a comfortable patio area and a treadmill for those looking to stay in shape while visiting. Available nightly or as a long term executive rental. Approximately 1150 square feet. Sleeps up to seven guests. Perfect for Farmington extended stays and Farmington business travelers.

Heritage House will sleep 6,king, queen, and twin/trundle beds. Closets are large. No pets, Open space living area has a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture & two large smart TVs. It is filled with photos and accents from the area. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances. The small counter has 3 stools and the table includes 6 chairs. It comes with a dedicated coffee bar with supplies. The backyard is landscaped and fenced With a covered patio, furnished with a gas fire pit ample parking
