Peaceful cottage in orchard with Hot tub and sauna

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Enjoy Free Fishing with your stay ! Pets are allowed. This is one of our two caravans located on the private land/fishery at the most picturesque part of Suffolk, UK. This is a unique and tranquil getaway. You will have 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room, and a terrace facing beautiful lakes. There are 5 acres for walks, securely fenced up. We charge an additional £30 for pets, service pets free of charge. Beautiful old small town Clare is just 0.5 miles away.

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Rural, isolated and private, with only the sheep and goats to watch you! Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. A beautifully appointed glamping pod located amongst our topiary garden overlooking the pond and banks of the Willow Brook with views beyond, to the open countryside. The pod has its own decking with furniture, a bbq and fire pit with pizza oven to relax and unwind whist looking out for the kingfisher, heron, Mr and Mrs Mallard or maybe the two otters who live upstream. What we can promise are uninterrupted views, some great sunsets and a relaxed sense of wellbeing and peacefulness.

kingfisher Studio, great location & Dog Heaven!

The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'The Space') or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.
