Welcome to our little slice of heaven on earth! This tiny home sits on 40 acres with its own private lake full of fish and wildlife. You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, PDL Springs, Vortex Springs, or Econfina all within an hour. Please ask about water level of lake before booking!

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. The perfect vacation rental for quick trips to the beach, business trips, or an extended vacation.

After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. It is strictly set up for a couple that are 25 years of age or older plus children are not allowed. This quiet and historic neighborhood is close to all the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The newly constructed 480 sq ft "Fun Cottage" has lots of unique features to explore and enjoy. Outdoor shower and extras.
