Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

Studio beach cottage experience in North Naples. Take one of the two complementary bicycles on an easy 15 min bike ride to the beautiful Wiggins Pass State Park or Vanderbilt beach. It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? Take one of double kayaks from the dock to the beach.

This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.
