The Verde River flows through the community & is available for fishing (when stocked) & swimming. There is also a trail at the end of the street that follows the river.

Cozy, tranquil cottage across the street from Green Valley Park. Clean attractive home., within walking distance of restaurants, museum, and more. Well equipped kitchen. Come relax on the front and back patios or curl up in the recliner with a good book or a movie. PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm. Country home is close to main attractions in Payson this home has a king size temper pedic bed full size spare bedroom and the third bedroom has a queen bed lots of floor space for air bed I have one queen air bed available for your use bring more if you like this home is filled with beautiful antiques and a lot of country charm for your enjoyment keep all furniture updated and clean space look forward to meeting you NO ANIMALS PLEASE

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
