LowCountry Folly is on a marsh-front lot with a large back yard featuring a dock. Beach access is two houses down to the right and surfing at the 'Washout' is less than 1 mile. Morris Light House is best viewed at the end of the island, a short walk away. Sunsets are best watched from our 'Crows Nest' with a bottle of wine. Charleston is a quick drive. Welcome to the Marshfront Suite at the Sea Pear Cottage! We live upstairs, which is a separate living area with its own entrance. You may hear the footsteps of our kids upstairs but it's otherwise set apart and private. Your suite is fully furnished and has beautiful views out to the marsh. Island Pearl (3 Blocks to beach)

Island Pearl is one of the original cottages on Isle Of Palms. Three blocks to beach, about a 7 minute walk. it is in a very quiet area of Isle Of Palms. It has been recently renovated and is a a cozy and charming cottage. The huge back yard has a great deck and fire pit area. There is a garage in the back that houses the washer and dryer. Also provided is 6 beach chairs and a beach wagon.
