House On Cedar Beach

Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

Thinking of getting away from the city noise or just a quick weekend escape? Our beautiful Rock Cottage is the perfect fix! There's nothing like cozying up around the fire pit, getting the grill going and letting your worries go. Walking distance from downtown and the quaint coffee shops and eateries. Bike ride away from the historic Canadaway Creek(bikes provided). Short drive to some of WNY finest wineries. This Rock Cottage can also serve as your private getaway.

Cedar Beach House on Lake Erie

Enjoy life in a vintage beach house right across from dog-friendly Cedar Beach on Chadwick Bay! It’s fully-appointed for your comfort and enjoyment! Follow the walking path across the street to visit historic, haunted Dunkirk Lighthouse (seasonally) or explore the 60+ acre Point Gratiot Park. See the glorious sunrise from the private second- floor deck and grill out back on the oversized deck. Please note that the power plant across the street is no longer operational

Our 1890 home is on Lake Erie and is roomy enough for the largest of families, but quiet enough for a romantic getaway for two. No beach access. Nearest beach access is next door at Lake Erie State Park. This is a country home on 3.3 acres of lake front property adjacent to a wooded, 355 acre New York State Park. You may encounter a spider, fly, ant, along with the abundant wildlife!
