Birdhouse apartment - Affordable studio in Boise!

Cute little studio attached to our home with key pad entry, so good privacy. NW Boise in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, range, electric skillet, toaster oven, and coffee service. Huge closet space, lots of other storage, and bathroom with shower. Couch easily pulls out to queen bed (though not very comfy), has luggage storage. Wifi available. Near shopping, bus stop, downtown, and river. Pets allowed with $50 nonrefundable pet deposit and host approval.

Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away.
