Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

This house is very close to all the things Traverse City has to offer. Three bedrooms and two baths (plus a pull-out couch in the living room). Very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The house is furnished with a 65" 4k HDTV that is ready to stream. There is also a Blu-ray player, board games, DVDs, books, ping pong table and a dart board. In the warmer months, we will provide a charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit. The house is located on M72 so expect some noise from the road.

Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!
